this is with the default config.. note that
/usr/local/share/idesk/folder_home.xpm doesn't exist but
/usr/share/idesk/folder_home.xpm does

Fixed in 0.7.5-r1, please stabilize that version. It's 0.7.5 + sed fix for
default.lnk.

Please remove ~/.idesktop/default.lnk as it's old version with /usr/local/...
path (idesk copies /usr/share/idesk/default.lnk to ~/.idesktop/ when started
first time).

I don't know why anyone thinks the problem is fixed. I clean-installed
x11-misc/idesk-0.7.5-r1 just now and I *still* needed to fix that path once in
</usr/share/idesk/dot.ideskrc>.

Also, idesk seems to depend on x11-misc/xdialog for the default icon or it will
throw an ugly error and just do nothing.. I have tested and marked xdialog
~hppa so that this dependency may be resolved more easily.

I'm sorry. For some reason unknown, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue in
comment #15... hppa done and closing this bug!
