Following the new java policy, packages shouldn't rely on bundled jars.

Considering that it is in portage, and not hard masked, I would say so.

And it is dependent upon

I am not sure if this bug was valid to begin with. Most likely the deps were
just pulled in via the ant launcher. There was a bunch of maven stuff in there
but don't know if it was used. Any way I checked that 3.0.1-r1 that uses
generation 2 does not use package jars any more so this can be marked as FIXED.
