Bugzilla Bug 109686

Did an emerge -u world after a sync. 

Have been doing this for a few days with the same result below. 

It seems that this version of links is corrupted or there is another problem I
am not aware of.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. emerge -u links (or -u world)
3. see problem above.

Actual Results:  
!!! Couldn't download links-2.1pre18.tar.bz2. Aborting.

Expected Results:  
emerged links 2.1pre18

Confirmed, don't know why this is happening... Sent tarball to Gentoo mirrors,
should be up shortly.

This is now fixed it downloaded and emerged successfully today.
