Gtk+ wont compile when HAVE__NL_TIME_FIRST_WEEKDAY is not defined, upstream has
patch in cvs already. Linux x86 and ppc must be defining
HAVE__NL_TIME_FIRST_WEEKDAY since there's no problem there.
