Description:   Opened: 2005-10-15 08:13 0000 
If app-text/gnome-doc-utils is emerged and dev-libs/libxml2 was emerged without
the python USE flag, it gives an error instructing the user to re-emerge libxml2
with the python USE flag.

I prefer to add the flag to /etc/portage/package.use, but that requires that I
know the category, and the error doesn't mention the category.  Right now, I
have to emerge -p libxml2 to find the category.  It would be better if the error
message mentioned dev-libs/libxml2, rather than just libxml2.
