-- version bump
-- removed doc useflag, since it doesn't work any more (already in previous
versions)
-- html docs would need to be built using doxygen, but I don't have the time  to
implement that right now

ebuild for 1.3.20 with doxygen support

I was wrong about the docs, they were built if you had doxygen on the system,
but there was a dependancy missing. This version of the ebuild should fix it.
