current spampd 2.11 and 2.11-r1 does not work with spamassassin 3.0.4, spampd
2.20 fixes that

spampd does not run and display missing NoMailAudit in spamassassin


i fixed whit a test of the spampd perl from the homepage that it is fixed in
latest version 2.20 of spampd
