vm-7.19 has a problem bursting MIME-type mailing list digests.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Apply the command "vm-burst-digest" to a recent digest of the gentoo-dev
   mailing list.

Actual Results:
Only the table of contents plus one (garbled) message containing everything
else will be displayed.

Expected Results:
The table of contents and all messages in the digest should be displayed.

Please note that the format of the Gentoo mailing list digests does not include
an extra newline before the boundary lines. I don't know if this is strictly
conforming to RFC 2046, however, VM should be robust enough to handle it.

The problem has also been reported to Upstream, but Upstream is reacting rather
slowly these days. Since the problem specifically concerns the Gentoo mailing
list digests (VM works flawlessly for all other digests that I read), a Gentoo
bugfix might be appropriate, for the time being.

Proposed bugfix is attached.
