Add dep. on app-text/ggv as it's used to preview.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start gtkcdlabel
2. click preview
3.

Actual Results:  
an error about that ggv isn't installed

Expected Results:  
a preview :-)

hey ... wait ... but gtkcdlabel doesn't really depend on ggv 
anyone can use any PostScript viewer ...
not all want to use ggv
