Description:   Opened: 2005-09-23 03:36 0000 
The download location for 0.4.5 was actually pulling in version 0.5.4. The
ebuild was corrected to download the correct file with the correct version.
Also, Licenses were stored in a subdirectory in Help and were NOT being copied
by the eclass dodoc function. These files were moved to the Help directory. This
ebuild requires the updated rox.eclass file (see bug #106774).

even though author calls it unstable, it looks ok to me. so it's in portage
now.
