Bugzilla Bug 106682

I was looking around and noticed something odd about the deps we have for
rrdtool and what upstream says we need. I asked on their ML and got this
response from their author:

I recommend we remove the gd dep on all 1.2.x rrdtool ebuilds.

Change made to rrdtool-1.2.11-r2 (rev bumped it). Reopen if there are problems.
