The xine-dvdnav-0.9.13 has two dependencies on two different versions of
libdvdnav. The DEPEND line contains both a dependency on version 0.1.2 or
greater, and version 0.1.3*.

Version 0.9.13 of the plugin depends upon version 0.1.3 of libdvdnav, so the
extra dependency on version 0.1.2 is unnecessary and confusing.
