Description:   Opened: 2002-03-10 18:59 0000 
On a fresh r17 install, fceultra won't emerge. It fails with errors of 
possibly being masked, but I cannot find it in the package.mask file, so I 
don't think it is. This is the error:

/usr/portage/app-emulation$ emerge fceultra
Calculating dependencies.

!!! ebuild app-emulation/fceu-070 not found (possibly blocked by package.mask)
