Eel 2.12.0 does not require gdk-pixbuf to compile. >=GTK+-2.0 contains an
internal version of gdk-pixbuf that meets Eels requirements. Eel requires a
gdk-pixbuf version of 2 or higher and GTK+ 2.8.3 meets this. Please remove it.

The gdk-pixbuf package is only required for people running gtk1 but since you
cannot install Gnome 2.12.0 without GTK+-2, it makes no point in having this as
a dependency.

If for some reason its essential this is in there, then a gtk1 useflag should be
put in for this wanting a seperate gdk-pixbuf.
