Bug 105435 – PHP use flag dependencies of Mediawiki

Except for Mysql and PHP, should be a good thing to check the useflags of php
for pcre, mysql, zlib, gd/gd-external. Since 1.5.0_rc4 is now in portage it
could be good to adapt the ebuild before the new release.

Preventing the initial config to fail.

Added checks for php use flags as suggested and a few fixes to make it install
at least. I did not check whether mediawiki actually works. ;)

I just installed it, it works, but I must admit it is relatively slow on a PIII
encoding vorbis all the time ;)

Eh, still missed one thing, please replace app-text/ghostscript with
virtual/ghostscript in the patch (Bug 105119).

everything in place... please test the mediawiki-1.5.0_rc4-r1.  
  
on my host it's working well so far ;)
