chrony-1.21 ebuild with x86_64 patch

With version 1.21 adding support of x86_64 became extremely trivial (See
included patch)

Note that this ebuild needs chrony-1.20 patches and config/rc files.

What about putting 1.21 in portage?
Does 1.21 work with gcc-4.1 ?
Version 1.20 gives compile-errors with gcc-4.1

chrony-1.21 is in the tree - currently package.masked because of bug #21058.

Please test.

Thanks ash for the patch. I've taken a more general one from debian.
