You can emerge streamdvd without a problem but when you launch its GUI, and you
then check on installed programs, lsdvd will go missing. lsdvd is also in
portage so it is just a matter of adding it in the DEPS.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge streamdvd
2. launch GUI
3. check installed programs and watch it fail

Actual Results:  
failing to find lsdvd

Expected Results:  
should be finding it

lsdvd is in portage so it is not a blocking bug but it would be nice to have the
streamdvd ebuild install it for us.
