openbsd has apparently done some work on isc's dhcp server
would like to have that version available in portage

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

------- Comment #1 From Roy Marples (RETIRED) 2005-12-07 06:11:37 0000 -------
ChangeLog snippet from dhcp-3.0.4b2

"Several minor bugs, largely relating to treating 8-byte time values as 4-byte
entities, have been repaired after careful review of the FreeBSD ports
collection's patch set. Thanks to the nameless entities who have contributed to
the FreeBSD ports."

If that's what you're referring to, I'll stick 3.0.4b2 in portage when 3.0.3-r1
goes stable OR 3.0.4 if it gets released first.

------- Comment #2 From Roy Marples (RETIRED) 2005-12-09 06:14:59 0000 -------
net-misc/dhcp-3.0.4_beta2 has been added to portage ~ARCH and p.masked which
should fix this bug.
