Description:   Opened: 2005-08-09 05:02 0000 
quickly looking at source code, the problem you need to install config files
under /usr/etc is because of the APPROOT variable which is used only once in
each binary. I thoght small patch would solve the problem.

the attached patches are nothing but hacks. suggestion? any other problem
I'm not aware of?

1. emerge midas-nms

Actual Results:  
configs are installed under /usr/etc


Expected Results:  
install them into /etc/midas-nms.
