The digest check fails for for app-admin/conky-1.2 .. even the file size has
changed..

Could you be a bit more verbose?
Have you sync'd lately?
Try:
ebuild /usr/portage/app-admin/conky/conky-1.2.ebuild digest

Please fetch conky-1.2.tar.bz2 from
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=143975&package_id=158249&release_id=347435,
and place it in /usr/portage/distfiles

Ah, okay, I see what happened.  I figured maybe the wrong file got into the
distfile servers.  I double checked the md5sum in bug 101604 so I assumed the
digest was fine.
