In app-doc/afsdoc, all links are broken because the files are gzipped.
Gzipping the html files is a good idea, but please adjust the links accordingly. I'll attach the little script I use for that purpose. Feel free to adjust it to your needs and use it.

i don't think gzipping is a good idea, it breaks a lot, also the PDF links
are broken -> remove gzipping
